2. Design: Open the app to create your custom sticker or label. Choose from templates, upload your own images, or add text.
3. Print: Select “Print” in the app, and the printer will quickly print your design onto the sticker paper or label roll.
4. Peel & Use: Once printed, peel off the sticker or label and apply it to your desired surface.

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. We offer both standard and expedited shipping options, with standard shipping typically taking 5-7 business days, and expedited shipping arriving in 2-3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout, as we cannot change it once the order is processed

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused and unopened items. To initiate a return, please contact customer support within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories intact.

Opened or used items, including mini sticker printers that have been opened or used, cannot be returned. If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

To return, we’ll provide a return authorization and instructions. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
